Orders & Shipping
Are products made to order?
Yes. Each Cabernet Pappou item is produced after your order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary inventory, but it also means fulfillment begins quickly.
When will my order ship?
Production and delivery times vary by product and destination. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility.
Will all items arrive together?
Not always. Items may be fulfilled at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Where do you ship?
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once fulfillment begins.
Sizing & Fit
How do the tees fit?
All current tees use a heavyweight boxy tee with an oversized, relaxed fit and dropped shoulders. Visit the Size Guide for garment measurements.
Should I order my usual size?
Choose your usual size for the intended oversized fit. If you prefer a closer fit, compare the chest width and body length in our Size Guide with a shirt you already own. Alternatively, consider sizing down for a closer fit.
How do the hats fit?
Both the dad hat and trucker hat are adjustable. Closure and fit details are listed on each product page.
Returns & Order Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we unfortunately can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Please review your order and the Size Guide carefully before checkout. This does not affect any rights provided by applicable law.
What if my item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately. Address changes aren’t guaranteed after fulfillment begins, and additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.
Products & Care
Which designs are embroidered and which are printed?
The Uniform Tee lettering and all hat designs are embroidered. The Grape Tee and Postcard Tee graphics are printed. Decoration details are also listed on each product page.
What is Vintage White?
Vintage White is a softer, warmer white rather than a bright optic white. Color can appear slightly different depending on your screen and normal garment-to-garment variation.
