Shipping

Production and delivery

Production and delivery times vary by product and destination. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility.

Separate packages

Items may be fulfilled at different facilities and can arrive in separate packages. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Order changes and shipping addresses

If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed once fulfillment begins. If an incorrect address causes an order to be returned or resent, additional shipping charges may apply.

Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order, we unfortunately can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrectly selected size or color. Please review your order and our Size Guide carefully before checkout.

Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue. If the problem is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Lost packages

If tracking has not updated or your package has not arrived, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

Before sending anything back

Please contact us before returning an item. Do not mail an item to the address shown on the package without receiving return instructions from us.
